To individually embody quality movement patterns requires both an approachable knowledgeable instructor and your access to questioning, trying, and challenging yourself in a safe focused atmosphere. We will utilize pilates and yoga with a Balanced Body Studio Reformer with a Tower, Mat, Box, and Jumpboard. Karen’s visceral approach will reach your core and spinal column to: unfurl your spine after ‘screen time’, assist you in avoiding falls, strengthen connective tissue, tendons, and muscles, increase your rotational range, increase flexibility to enhance endurance, complement any rehabilitation care, relieve stressors in pre-natal care, ignite postnatal recovery, engage the pelvic floor for both Men and Women, and so much more. Let’s embrace this life journey together! As my Grandmother wisely said, the key to her quality of life at age 102 years was, “Stay in motion and everything in moderation.”
